About us
Revival Float Rooms is a family-run floatation and wellness centre at An Dún, Church Road, Raheen, Limerick, V94 NY24. You can reach us at info@revival.ie or on 061 424 765. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings and cancellations
Sessions are booked through our online booking system or by phone. Please give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the session or session credit being forfeited.
Please arrive about 15 minutes before your first session so we can show you around. Arriving late may shorten your session, as each room is prepared for the next guest on a schedule.

Health and safety
Floating and infrared sauna sessions are wellness services, not medical treatments, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Please tell us about any health conditions when you book, such as blood pressure issues, diabetes, recent injuries or pregnancy. We advise against floating during the first trimester of pregnancy and recommend checking with your doctor if you are unsure about anything.
For safety reasons we cannot offer floating to people with epilepsy, and no one may float under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Our minimum age for floating is 16; younger floaters can be arranged with a parent or guardian present. Please contact us first.

Memberships
Memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment and can be cancelled after that with 30 days notice. Membership fees are not refundable. Unused credits roll over and do not expire while your membership is active. If you cancel, remaining credits must be used within 60 days. Credits and member benefits are for the named member only unless agreed otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and bookings remain subject to availability and our 48 hour cancellation policy.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are sold through our booking partner's store and are subject to the terms shown at purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Revival Float Rooms is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
